ABOUT US
WIN is more than a network. It is a community, a sisterhood, and a leadership movement built on trust, collaboration, and shared success.
WIN delivers high-impact experiences and leadership development programming designed to educate, inspire, and connect women.
THE VISION
Women of Influence Networking’s vision is to establish WIN as a nationally recognized leadership, mentorship, and influence platform for women in criminal justice and allied public service professions, transforming how women lead, serve, and shape systems of justice and care.
Founded by Dr. Lovetta Quinn-Henry, a three decade career criminal justice professional, WIN was created in direct response to the unique challenges women face, particularly across policing, corrections, probation, courts, and public safety leadership. WIN also intentionally embraces women working in public administration, education, social work, mental and behavioral health, advocacy, and other helping professions that intersect with public safety, community well-being, and justice reform.
WIN’s purpose is to cultivate safe, empowering, and transformative spaces where women are supported holistically, professionally, and personally. WIN equips members with leadership tools, access to mentors and sponsors, professional development resources, and authentic community to navigate complex systems, overcome structural barriers, and thrive as leaders and change agents.
Through dynamic programming, strategic partnerships, and service-centered initiatives, WIN strengthens leadership pipelines, fosters resilience, and builds cross-disciplinary collaboration. We are committed to advancing equity, wellness, ethical leadership, and professional excellence while honoring the lived experiences of women serving on the front lines of justice, care, and advocacy.
At its core, WIN is a movement dedicated to lifting as we climb, building sisterhood across professions, and shaping the next generation of courageous women leaders.
WIN envisions a future where:
Women in policing, corrections, courts, public administration, education, social services, mental and behavioral health, and advocacy lead with confidence, competence, and compassion.
Mentorship and sponsorship are intentional, accessible, and embedded into professional development pathways.
Interdisciplinary collaboration strengthens public safety, community wellness, and justice outcomes.
Women are represented, valued, and supported at every leadership level and decision-making table.
Organizations and communities thrive through inclusive, trauma-informed, and service-driven leadership.

EDUCATE. INSPIRE. CONNECT.
When women connect, grow, and lead together — we all WIN.
